HELP & SUPPORT

Frequently Asked Questions

Comprehensive answers organized by category to help you understand online loans, eligibility, costs, and our referral platform.

01

About Our Service & Platform

Our platform operates as an educational finance hub and loan marketplace referral platform. We produce objective consumer guides and provide an online conduit connecting borrowers with independent licensed lenders. We do not charge consumers any fee to use our site.
No. Our service is not a direct lender, does not broker loans, and does not provide financial underwriting. We never issue loans, fund accounts, or determine interest rates. All loans are originated directly by participating independent lenders.
02

Payday & Installment Loan Products

A payday loan is a short-term loan (usually $100–$1,000) repaid in full on your upcoming payday (typically 14–31 days). An installment loan allows larger borrowing amounts (usually $1,000–$5,000+) repaid over several months or years via fixed equal monthly payments.
If you have a minor unexpected expense that you are certain you can repay in full on your next paycheck without disrupting your living expenses, a payday loan may be considered. If the expense is larger and requires spreading costs across multiple months without a lump-sum shock, an installment loan is generally more manageable.
03

Eligibility & Requirements

Most participating lenders require: (1) Minimum age of 18 years, (2) U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency, (3) Regular verifiable income of at least $800–$1,000 monthly, and (4) An active checking account in the applicant's name with direct deposit capability.
Many lenders in our network work with borrowers who have less-than-perfect credit profiles, focusing instead on employment stability and banking consistency. However, no service can promise guaranteed approval.
04

Fees, APR & Repayment

Rates and fees vary depending on the product type, your creditworthiness, loan amount, and state statutes. By law under the Truth in Lending Act, all fees and APR must be presented clearly in your loan agreement prior to signing. Review our Rates and Fees guide.
Most modern lenders in our participating network do not charge prepayment penalties. Paying early typically reduces your total accrued interest expense. Always verify prepayment policies in your specific contract.
